Hi there y’all! I’m Vic, nice to (virtually) meet you. :)


Rio-born, Louisiana-spiced, and with a dash of Austin weirdness. I consider myself to be a life-long learner.

While pursuing my bachelor’s in exercise science, I began to open up my eyes to the wonders of these meat vessels we call “bodies”. A few years (and lessons learned) later, I now get to share my passion for Yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness with those around me. These breath-centric practices have changed my life, and my goal is to show you ways that they can do the same for you. I believe these practices should also be accessible and inclusive. I welcome you to join me on this self-discovery adventure of mind, body and spirit.
