Thai inspired bodywork is hands-on work done on a floor mat or table. Guided compression, rhythmic rocking and assisted stretching, so I'm moving your body through ranges you can't get to on your own.

I studied at CherieThai under Cherie and Karl, a reference in the industry, and I'm certified through the Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society. Every session is different depending on what your body needs.

What you’ll work on

Tension held in the neck, shoulders and low back. Hip mobility, which matters more than people realize if you sit most of the day. Recovery between training sessions. And breath, which the whole practice follows.

We'll tailor the session to your goals and what your body needs.

Session options

Single session, 75 minutes, at my home studio in Austin.

Mobile sessions may available depending on location/distance. Additional driving fees may apply.

What is Thai inspired bodywork?+

It's rooted in traditional Thai bodywork. Hands-on work where I move your body for you, using compression, rhythmic rocking and assisted stretching to take you through ranges you can't get to on your own. You're active in it rather than lying still.

What should I wear?+

Something comfortable you can move in. Leggings or loose pants and a t-shirt work well. For some shoulder and upper back work it helps to have that area accessible, and we'll talk through it in the session.

Does it hurt?+

It shouldn't. There's a difference between a stretch that feels like work and pain, and I'm watching your breath the whole time. Nothing happens that you haven't okayed.

How often should I come?+

Most people start every two to three weeks while we work through what's built up, then settle into something they can keep. Twice a month tends to keep you ahead of it. We can figure out a frequency that works best for your needs and activity level.

Can I come if I'm injured or had surgery?+

For most injuries, yes, and the work can help. For more sensitive areas and conditions, like recent spinal surgery, I'd want you cleared by your doctor first. Either way, tell me what's going on before we start and we'll work around what needs protecting.

Where are sessions held?+

My home studio in Austin. I'll send the address when you book. Mobile sessions may be available depending on location and distance.
